Products and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We try to describe products and prices accurately, but errors can happen; we reserve the right to correct them and to cancel orders affected by an error. Product availability may change without notice.

Orders and shipping

We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses and Puerto Rico. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is handed to the carrier.

Returns

Our 60-day guarantee lets you return any product within 60 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. See the Contact & Help page for details.

Skincare information

Content on this site, including the Routine Finder, Skin Concerns guide, and Ingredient Index, is for general education only and is not medical advice. Always patch test new products. Consult a dermatologist or doctor about medical skin conditions, or if you are pregnant or nursing. Stop use if irritation occurs. Use sunscreen daily when using exfoliants or retinol.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Lavuan is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules.
