Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Lavuan ("we," "us") handles information when you visit lavuan.com or buy from us. By using the site, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order, sign up for emails, use the Routine Finder, or contact us, we may collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, order details, and skin-type answers.

Information collected automatically. We and our service providers may collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring site, using cookies and similar technologies.

Payment information is processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

To process and ship orders, provide customer service, send emails you asked for, personalize recommendations, prevent fraud, and improve our products and site. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and your bag

Your shopping bag is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings. You can also block or delete cookies, though some features may not work as intended.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run our business (such as hosting, shipping, payments, and email), when required by law, or as part of a business transfer.

Your rights

Depending on your state, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information and to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email hello@lavuan.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children's privacy

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
