How much is shipping?
Standard US shipping (3 to 6 business days) is free on orders over $45 and $5.95 below that. Expedited 2-day shipping is $12.95. We currently ship to all 50 states, APO/FPO addresses, and Puerto Rico.
What is your return policy?
Our 60-day happy-skin guarantee covers every product, opened or not. Email us with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label and refund your original payment within 5 business days of receiving it.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Every formula is fragrance-free and free of common irritants. That said, everyone's skin is different. Patch test new products on your inner arm or jawline for a few days before using them on your whole face.
Can I use BHA, vitamin C, and retinol together?
Yes, with some planning. A simple approach is vitamin C in the morning and retinol at night, using BHA once a day at whichever time suits you. Our Routine Finder builds the order for you.
Are Lavuan products safe during pregnancy?
Most of our products are, but we recommend avoiding retinol and checking with your doctor before using salicylic acid or any new product while pregnant or nursing.
Are you cruelty-free?
Yes. Lavuan never tests on animals, and neither do our ingredient suppliers or manufacturers.
How do I track my order?
